GOD'S RESURRECTION PROMISES

GOD’S RESURRECTION PROMISES By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach  a.k.a Christ Witness Mission  Enquiry:08038533059 The resurrection is not a doctrine to be admired; it is a divine verdict pronounced over death, the grave, and every power of darkness. God’s resurrection promises announce His absolute sovereignty—proving that no situation is beyond recovery and no destiny is beyond revival. What God buries, He raises. What God permits to die, He resurrects for greater glory. The Father publicly validated the Lordship of Jesus Christ by raising Him from the dead, establishing forever that death is defeated and Satan is disarmed. “Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it” (Acts 2:24). The resurrection was not a possibility—it was an inevitability by divine decree. Jesus did not merely promise resurrection; He embodied it. “I am the resurrection, and the life” (John 11:...

THE ALMIGHTY POWER OF THE HOKY SPIRIT

THE ALMIGHTY POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach  a.k.a Christ Witness Mission  Enquiry:08038533059 The Holy Spirit is not a force or an influence—He is God in action on the earth. He is the third Person of the Trinity, proceeding from the Father and the Son, carrying out the will of God with divine authority and unlimited power. From creation to redemption, from conviction to glorification, the Holy Spirit reveals the might of God at work in human history. At creation, the Spirit moved upon the face of the waters, releasing order, life, and beauty out of chaos (Genesis 1:2). In redemption, it is by the power of the Holy Spirit that Jesus was conceived (Luke 1:35), raised from the dead (Romans 8:11), and glorified. The same Spirit now dwells in believers, making the impossible possible. The Almighty power of the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). He regenerates the dead h...

JESUS CHRIST IS GOD IN THE FLESH

JESUS CHRIST IS GOD IN THE FLESH By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach a.k.a Christ Witness Mission Enquiry:08038533059 At the very heart of the Christian faith stands this unshakable truth: Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh. Christianity is not built on moral philosophy alone, but on divine incarnation—the Eternal God stepping into time, clothed in humanity, to redeem mankind. The Scriptures declare plainly: “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us… full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). This “Word” was not created; He was God from the beginning (John 1:1). In Jesus, God did not send a representative—He came Himself. The apostle Paul affirms this mystery of godliness: “God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” (1 Timothy 3:16). Jesus was not half-God and half-man; He was fully God and fully man, the perfect union of divinity and...

GOD IS SO GREAT A DELIVERER

GOD IS SO GREAT A DELIVERER By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye  Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach  a.k.a Christ Witness Mission  Enquiry:08038533059 God’s greatness is most clearly revealed in His power to deliver. From generation to generation, Scripture presents Him not as a distant observer of human pain, but as a mighty Deliverer who steps into the affairs of men to rescue, restore, and redeem. He delivers from bondage, fear, sin, oppression, and every form of captivity—both seen and unseen. The God we serve does not negotiate with bondage; He breaks it. He delivered Israel from Egypt with a strong hand and an outstretched arm (Exodus 3:7–8). He delivered David from the paw of the lion, the bear, and the sword of Saul (1 Samuel 17:37). He delivered Daniel from the lions’ den and the three Hebrew boys from the fire (Daniel 6:22; Daniel 3:27). In the New Testament, Jesus revealed the ultimate nature of God as Deliverer by setting captives free, healing the oppressed...

NO MIRACLE IS TOO BIG FOR GOD

NO MIRACLE IS TOO BIG FOR GOD By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach a.k.a Christ Witness Mission Enquiry:08038533059 There is no situation so complex, no problem so heavy, and no condition so hopeless that it is beyond the power of God. The God we serve is unlimited in might and unmatched in authority. What looks impossible to man is an opportunity for God to reveal His glory. Scripture reminds us that God specializes in turning dead ends into divine testimonies. When God steps into a matter, natural laws bow, limitations disappear, and impossibilities become realities. From opening the Red Sea to raising the dead, God has consistently proven that His power knows no boundaries. Our responsibility is not to figure out how He will do it, but to believe that He can do it. The Word of God declares, “For with God nothing shall be impossible” (Luke 1:37). Even when faith seems small, God remains great. When human strength fails, divine power prevails. No mir...

THE GREATNESS OF GOD'S INFINITE POWER

THE GREATNESS OF GOD’S INFINITE POWER By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach a k.a Christ Witness Mission Enquiry:08038533059 The power of God is infinite, unrivaled, and beyond human measurement. It knows no limits, no exhaustion, and no opposition. What is impossible with man is effortless with God. From the creation of the heavens and the earth to the sustaining of all life, God’s power is continually at work, both visibly and invisibly. Scripture declares that God “measured the waters in the hollow of His hand” and “weighed the mountains in scales” (Isaiah 40:12). This same mighty God rules over nations, controls times and seasons, and yet lovingly intervenes in the details of our lives. His power is not only creative but redemptive—raising the dead, breaking chains, healing the broken, and transforming hearts. God’s infinite power is most clearly revealed in Christ. The resurrection of Jesus from the dead demonstrates a power that conquers sin, dea...

GOD'S POWER HAS NO BOUNDARY

GOD’S POWER HAS NO BOUNDARY By:Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach a k.a Christ Witness Mission Enquiry:0803853059 God’s power is limitless, absolute, and unconstrained by any force in creation. There is no distance it cannot reach, no condition it cannot change, and no situation it cannot reverse. What limits human strength, wisdom, and resources does not limit God. He is Sovereign over time, space, nature, and history, and nothing exists outside His Authority. Throughout Scripture, God consistently reveals Himself as the All-powerful One. He spoke the universe into existence by the Word of His Power, parted the Red Sea for Israel, brought water out of a rock, and caused the sun to stand still. Kings rose and fell at His command, and natural laws bowed to His voice. These acts were not mere displays of strength but revelations that God’s Power knows no boundary. In the New Testament, this same unlimited Power was made visible through Jesus Christ. The b...

WHY REVIVAL IS DELAYED?

*WHY REVIVAL IS DELAYED?* Revival is often eagerly anticipated by believers longing for a fresh outpouring of God's Spirit, renewed passion, and transformative change. Yet, many churches and communities experience prolonged delays before revival breaks forth. Understanding the reasons behind this delay can help believers position themselves rightly to receive God’s move. 1. *Spiritual Complacency and Lukewarmness* When believers grow comfortable in routine religion without genuine hunger for God, spiritual dryness sets in. Complacency dulls the appetite for revival, and the fire of faith burns low. Revival requires a deep hunger and desperation for God’s presence, which lukewarmness stifles. 2. *Unrepented Sin and Moral Compromise* Revival demands holiness and repentance. When sin persists unconfessed in the lives of individuals and the church body, it blocks God’s blessing. The Bible warns that sin separates us from God’s presence (Isaiah 59:2), and revival often comes when a peo...

COMPARISM IN MINISTRY

*COMPARISM IN MINISTRY* (The Danger, the Consequences, and the Silent Destruction of Calling) *Introduction* : When Ministry Becomes a Competition Comparism in ministry is the unhealthy habit of measuring one’s calling, anointing, growth, relevance, or results against another minister or ministry. It begins subtly—Who is growing faster? Who is more visible? Who gets invited more? Who has the bigger church, the louder testimony, the stronger online presence? What starts as observation soon becomes comparison, and comparison quickly mutates into competition. At that point, ministry ceases to be obedience to God and becomes a race against men. Comparism is not harmless. It is a spiritual poison that slowly corrupts motive, distorts vision, and eventually destroys both the minister and the ministry. 1. *The Root of Comparism: * Insecurity and Identity Crisis Comparism does not begin with ambition; it begins with identity loss. When a minister is not deeply rooted in: God’s call God’...

THE SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL

THE SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye The gospel is profound, yet simple. Deep enough to humble the wisest scholar, and plain enough for a child to believe. Its power does not lie in complexity, ritual, or intellectual gymnastics, but in a clear, life-giving message: God loves humanity, humanity fell, Christ came, salvation is offered, and faith responds. 1. The Gospel Was Never Meant to Be Complicated Jesus did not preach in riddles reserved for elites. He spoke in stories—seeds, sheep, coins, bread, water. Fishermen understood Him. Children ran to Him. Sinners felt safe around Him. When religion had become heavy, Jesus restored lightness. He said, “My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” The gospel becomes confusing only when humans add layers God never required. 2. One Problem, One Solution The gospel identifies a single core problem: sin—not merely bad behavior, but separation from God. And it offers a single solution: Jesus Christ. Not moral perfection....

WHY PEOPLE LEAVE CHURCH?

*WHY PEOPLE LEAVE CHURCH*  By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye  People leave church for many reasons, and often it’s a combination of personal, social, and spiritual factors. Understanding these reasons can help churches become more welcoming, supportive, and relevant. Here are some common causes:  *Disconnection and Lack of Belonging*  Many leave because they don’t feel connected to the community. If people feel ignored, judged, or like outsiders, they may drift away. A church that doesn’t foster genuine relationships or inclusiveness can push people out.  *Unmet Expectations*  People often join church with certain hopes—spiritual growth, support, meaningful worship. When those expectations aren’t met, disappointment sets in. If sermons, programs, or leadership don’t resonate, people may stop attending.  *Hypocrisy and Leadership Failures*  Scandals, moral failures, or hypocrisy among church leaders can deeply hurt members’ trust. When those in ...

THE TRAGEDY OF A WRONG ORDINATION

THE TRAGEDY OF A WRONG ORDINATION   By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye  Ordination is meant to be a sacred doorway—an affirmation that a person has been called, prepared, tested, and approved by God and the body of believers. When done rightly, it releases grace, authority, and fruitfulness. But when ordination is rushed, politicized, sentimentalized, or corrupted, it becomes a tragedy—not only for the individual ordained, but for the Church, the people, and even generations after. 1. Ordination Is a Calling, Not a Convenience In Scripture, ordination flows from divine calling, not human ambition. “No one takes this honor upon himself, but he is called by God” (Hebrews 5:4). A wrong ordination happens when desire replaces calling, when zeal runs ahead of obedience, and when people are elevated before they are shaped. Many are ordained because they are gifted, eloquent, connected, or financially strong—but gifting is not the same as calling. Charisma can attract crowds; only ...

HOW TO OVERCOME BURNOUT IN MINISTRY

HOW TO OVERCOME BURNOUT IN MINISTRY By: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye  “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Burnout in ministry is real. It is not a sign of laziness, weak faith, or spiritual failure. In fact, burnout often strikes the most committed, sacrificial, and passionate servants of God. When zeal outpaces Wisdom, and service replaces intimacy, even anointed ministers can collapse inwardly while still functioning outwardly. Overcoming burnout requires Spiritual honesty, emotional Wisdom, and intentional restructuring of how we serve God. 1. Recognize Burnout Early—Don’t Spiritualize Warning Signs Many ministers ignore exhaustion by calling it “sacrifice.” But burnout is not biblical sacrifice; it is a warning. Common signs of ministry burnout include: Chronic fatigue, even after rest Loss of joy in Prayer, Preaching, or Service  Irritability, cynicism, or emotional numbness Feeling Spiritually dry while still...

TRUSTING GOD'S PROCESS

TRUSTING GOD'S PROCESS BY: Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye Christ Witness Evangelical Outreach a.k.a Christ Witness Mission Enquiry:08038533059 Life often brings situations filled with uncertainty, delay, and challenges. During such times, trusting God’s process means believing that He is working behind the scenes for our good—even when we cannot see the outcome immediately. God’s timing and ways are perfect (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His plans for us are to prosper and not to harm, to give us a hopeful future (Jeremiah 29:11). When we trust God’s process, we surrender our impatience and doubts, knowing that He is molding us, preparing us for greater things. Just as a farmer waits patiently for the harvest (James 5:7), we too are called to wait with faith, confident that God’s purpose will be fulfilled at the right time. Key Scripture References: Proverbs 3:5-6 — "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will ma...
