THE SPIRITUAL DUTY OF ALL BELIEVERS

THE SPIRITUAL DUTY OF ALL BELIEVERS

Every true Believer in Christ is called not only to be Saved but also to serve. Christianity is more than receiving blessings—it is about becoming a blessing to others and advancing the Kingdom of God. Every child of God has a Divine assignment, a Spiritual duty that must be carried out with Diligence and Faithfulness.

The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living Sacrifice, Holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” This means our lives should be fully yielded to God, set apart for His Will and Glory. Our thoughts, words, and actions must reflect the nature of Christ in us.

Our Spiritual duty also includes Winning Souls and Discipling others. Jesus clearly stated in Matthew 28:19–20, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” This is not just the duty of Pastors or Evangelists—it is the sacred responsibility of every Believer. The early Church understood this and spread the Gospel everywhere they went, not because they were forced to, but because they were consumed with Love for God and Compassion for Souls.

Another vital aspect of our Spiritual duty is living a life of Prayer and Holiness. We are commanded to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and to walk in Righteousness before the world (Matthew 5:16). Through Prayer, we maintain our Spiritual strength; through Holiness, we maintain our witness before men.

When Believers neglect their Spiritual responsibilities—when they stop praying, witnessing, or living uprightly—the Church becomes weak and ineffective. But when each Believer takes up his or her Spiritual duty with passion, the Church becomes a mighty force for God’s Glory.

Let every Believer remember: Salvation is a gift, but service is our response to that gift. We are Saved to serve, called to shine, and chosen to make a difference.

Prayer Points:

1.Lord, help me to live daily as a Faithful steward of Your Grace and fulfill my Spiritual duty with passion and Obedience.

2.Father, empower me by Your Spirit to live a life of Holiness, Prayer, and Soul-winning that will bring Glory to Your name.Amen

MAJESTIC EXCELLENCE

 MAJESTIC EXCELLENCE

Revelation 5:10 – “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”

Majestic excellence is the Divine dignity and royal quality God has bestowed upon every Believer through Christ. It is not earned by human effort; it is a Heavenly identity granted by Redemption. In Revelation 5:10, God declares that we have been made Kings and Priests—positioned for rulership, consecrated for service, and empowered for dominion. This means your life is not ordinary; it carries the fragrance of royalty and the weight of Spiritual Authority.

To walk in Majestic Excellence is to reflect God’s Glory in Character, Conduct, and Purpose. It is living with the consciousness that you are set apart for greatness—not for pride, but for Divine impact. As kings, we legislate Spiritually through Authority; as Priests, we minister to God through Purity and Worship. Together, these offices shape a Believer who stands out in Excellence, Influence, and Power.

Majestic Excellence calls you to rise above mediocrity, to reject anything that opposes your royal identity, and to Manifest the Glory of the One who enthroned you. You are called to reign—not just in Heaven, but on the Earth—through Wisdom, Holiness, and Purposeful living.

Prayer Points:

1.Father, thank You for making me a King and a Priest unto You. By Your Grace, I walk in my royal identity and manifest Majestic Excellence in every area of my life.

2.Lord, empower me to reflect Your Glory daily. Help me to reign in Wisdom, Purity, and Dominion, fulfilling my calling as You have ordained in Revelation 5:10.

3.O Lord, let every form of mediocrity, limitation, and Spiritual dullness be broken in my life. I step fully into the Excellence and Authority You have given me.

4.Heavenly Father, clothe me with Your Glory and distinction. Let my life consistently display the Majesty of Your Kingdom everywhere I go.

UNDERSTANDING THE TRUE REVIVAL

 UNDERSTANDING THE TRUE REVIVAL

True revival is more than just a series of Church programs, emotional gatherings, or moments of excitement. It is a Spiritual awakening that begins in the hearts of Believers and spreads like Holy Fire through the Church and the community. Revival is when God’s people return to their first love—Jesus Christ—with deep Repentance, renewed Faith, and a burning desire to live in Righteousness.

In True revival, there is a genuine conviction of sin, not just sorrow for consequences. People begin to turn away from sinful lifestyles and idols of the heart, seeking to live wholly for God. Worship becomes sincere and Spirit-led, Prayer becomes fervent, and the Word of God becomes alive and powerful in the hearts of men. It is not organized by human effort but birthed through the work of the Holy Spirit in a people who are Humble, broken, and desperate for God’s Presence.

When revival comes, the Church regains her Spiritual strength, unity is restored, and Believers become passionate Soul-winners. Communities feel the impact as Righteousness begins to influence society, and the fear of God returns to the land. True revival Glorifies Christ alone—it is a movement of God’s Spirit that brings lasting transformation.

Scripture References:

“Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?” — Psalm 85:6

“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10

Prayer Points:

1.Lord, rekindle in me the fire of Your Spirit; let my heart burn again for holiness, prayer, and soul-winning.

2.Father, send a true revival upon Your Church; purge us of every form of hypocrisy, lukewarmness, and worldliness, and restore Your Glory in our midst.Amen.

CHURCH WITHOUT SOUL WINNING

 CHURCH WITHOUT SOUL WINNING

A Church without soul winning is a Church without life. The heartbeat of God is the Salvation of souls (Luke 19:10). When a Church stops reaching out to the lost, it begins to die Spiritually.

Jesus gave the Great Commission to every Believer, not just to Pastors or Evangelists: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…” (Matthew 28:19). A Church that focuses only on internal activities without Evangelism has missed its purpose.

The early Church grew daily because soul winning was their priority — “And the Lord added to the Church daily such as should be Saved” (Acts 2:47).

True revival is not in noise or programs but in transformed lives. Heaven rejoices over one sinner that repents (Luke 15:7), yet many Churches today entertain saints instead of rescuing sinners. When soul winning dies in a Church, the Presence of God begins to withdraw because His mission is being neglected.

Let every Believer rise and shine as a Light in the world (Matthew 5:14), proclaiming Christ crucified and resurrected. A Soul-winning Church is a living Church; a silent Church is a dying one.

Prayer Points:

1.Lord Jesus, rekindle in our Church the Fire for soul winning and give us passion for the lost.

2.Father, make me a fruitful witness for Your Kingdom; let my life draw many to Christ.Amen.

UNDERSTANDING JESUS TRUE MESSAGE

 UNDERSTANDING JESUS’ TRUE MESSAGE

The True message of Jesus Christ is not hidden in religious traditions or human philosophies—it is revealed through His Life, Teachings, Death, and Resurrection. Jesus came not merely to start a religion, but to restore man’s broken relationship with God. His central message was the Kingdom of God, calling all people to Repentance, Faith, and Righteous living under God’s rule (Mark 1:14–15).

Jesus taught that Love is the foundation of the Kingdom—Love for God and Love for others (Matthew 22:37–39). He emphasized Forgiveness, Mercy, Humility, and Truth. His Words and Works revealed the Heart of the Father: “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10). The True message of Jesus was never about earthly power, wealth, or religious showmanship, but about inner transformation and Spiritual rebirth (John 3:3).

To understand Jesus’ message is to live it out daily—to walk in Love, to forgive as He Forgave, to Serve others with Humility, and to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness (Matthew 6:33). It is about Relationship, not ritual; Obedience, not outward display. The Gospel is simple yet Powerful: through Christ, we are reconciled to God, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and called to live as Light in a dark world (Matthew 5:14–16).

Prayer Points:

1.Lord Jesus, open my heart to truly understand and live by Your message of Love, Repentance, and Righteousness.

2.Father, deliver me from empty religion and help me to walk daily in a genuine relationship with You, reflecting Your Kingdom in all I do.Amen.

THE ROOT CAUSES OF HUMAN TROUBLES AND THE WAY OUT

THE ROOT CAUSES OF HUMAN TROUBLES AND THE WAY OUT

From the beginning of creation, God designed man to live in Peace, Abundance, and Fellowship with Him. However, the entry of sin into the world through Adam and Eve broke that perfect harmony and opened the door to pain, sorrow, confusion, and death (Genesis 3:16–19). Sin remains the greatest root cause of human troubles. It disconnects man from his Creator—the Source of Life and Blessings—and exposes him to the influence of Satan and the curse of the fallen world (Romans 6:23, Isaiah 59:2).

Another major cause of human troubles is ignorance. The Bible says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6). Many suffer unnecessarily because they do not know what God has provided for them in Christ Jesus. Ignorance of Divine principles leads to repeated mistakes, spiritual blindness, and bondage. God’s Word is the Light that guides us out of darkness (Psalm 119:105).

In addition, disobedience to God’s instructions brings unnecessary pain. King Saul lost his throne not because of weakness but because of disobedience (1 Samuel 15:22–23). Whenever people choose their own ways instead of God’s ways, trouble follows. The Bible warns, “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Proverbs 14:12).

The way out of all human troubles begins with Repentance and Reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ. He came to destroy the works of the devil and to restore man’s lost relationship with the Father (1 John 3:8, John 14:6). When a person turns to God in Humility and confesses his sins, Mercy and Restoration follow. Genuine Repentance opens the door to Forgiveness, Healing, and Peace.

Next, one must walk in Obedience and Faith. Obedience to God’s Word brings Divine protection, Wisdom, and Victory (Deuteronomy 28:1–2, James 1:22–25). Through Prayer and total dependence on the Holy Spirit, Believers can overcome temptations, fear, and confusion. The Word of God gives Direction, and Prayer releases the Power to enforce Divine promises.

Finally, trusting in Jesus Christ daily is the sure path to Peace. He invites all who are weary and troubled to come to Him for rest (Matthew 11:28–30). Only in Christ can the human soul find lasting Peace, Hope, and Deliverance from the troubles of life.

Prayer Points:

1.Lord Jesus, have mercy on me and deliver me from every root of sin, ignorance, and disobedience bringing trouble into my life.

2.Father, give me the Grace to walk in Your Word and enjoy the Peace, Wisdom, and Victory that come from total Obedience to You.

3.O Lord, let every trouble in my life be replaced with Your Divine Peace and Restoration, in Jesus’ name.Amen.

UNDERSTANDING WHT MATTERS MOST TO GOD

UNDERSTANDING WHAT MATTERS MOST TO GOD

By:Evangelist Oluwole Olaleye

What truly matters most to God is not our titles, possessions, or religious rituals—it is the Salvation of souls. From the beginning of time, God’s greatest desire has been the Restoration of His Relationship with mankind. Even after man fell in the Garden of Eden, God immediately began His plan of Redemption. This shows that His Heart beats for the lost. The central theme of the Bible is God’s relentless pursuit to bring humanity back to Himself.

Jesus came into the world not to establish religion but to rescue souls. He declared in Luke 19:10, “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Every Miracle He performed, every Message He preached, and every Sacrifice He made on the Cross all pointed toward this singular mission—Soul Salvation. That is what matters most to God.

Heaven celebrates not when we build mansions, acquire wealth, or gain recognition, but when one sinner repents and turns to Christ (Luke 15:7). Soul winning, therefore, is not an optional activity for a few “zealous” Believers; it is the responsibility of every Christian who claims to love God. To win a Soul is to touch the Heart of God in the deepest way possible.

The Great Commission in Matthew 28:19–20 is not a mere suggestion—it is a Divine command. God wants all men to be Saved and to come to the knowledge of the Truth (1 Timothy 2:4). When we neglect Soul winning, we ignore what God treasures most. But when we make it our priority, we align ourselves with His Divine agenda and become true partners in the work of Redemption.

To understand what matters most to God is to see the world through His Eyes—to Love the lost, to reach the unreached, and to invest our time, resources, and energy in the Salvation of Souls. Every Believer must live intentionally, using every platform and opportunity to point others to Christ.
